From what time can I check in?
The apartment will be available from 5:00 PM on your arrival day. Should you arrive earlier, please let us know – if possible, we will gladly arrange an earlier check-in.
By when must the check-out be completed?
We kindly ask you to vacate the apartment by 10:00 am on the day of departure so that we can prepare everything for the next guests (or Frau Holle's next bed-shaking event).
Is there a parking space?
Yes, a free parking space is available directly to the left of the house.
Are towels and bed linen included?
Of course! With us, you'll sleep like you're on a cloud. The beds are freshly made upon your arrival, and plenty of towels are provided.
Is there Wi-Fi in the apartment?
Yes, we offer our guests free Wi-Fi. You will find the access details in the information folder on site.
Is the kitchen fully equipped?
Our kitchen offers everything you could wish for: stove, oven, refrigerator, toaster, Tassimo and filter coffee machine, kettle and sufficient dishes and cooking utensils are available.

The picturesque old town with its half-timbered houses can be reached in just a few minutes' walk. There you will also find bakeries, restaurants and small shops.
What are some nearby places to visit?
The Habichtswald forest, Wilhelmshöhe Mountain Park, Lake Edersee, and of course the Grimm World Museum in Kassel are ideal destinations. Hikers can start their enchanting journeys into the natural beauty of Northern Hesse right from their doorstep.
Are there any shopping facilities nearby?
Yes, supermarkets and drugstores can be reached within 5 minutes by car or a short walk.
Are pets allowed?
Yes, we welcome four-legged visitors by prior arrangement. We charge €10 per night and prepare everything accordingly.
Is smoking allowed in the apartment?
Our holiday apartment is a non-smoking apartment. A cleaning fee of €250 will be charged for any violation. However, you are welcome to smoke outside/on the balcony.

We kindly ask you to leave the apartment tidy (floors roughly swept, surfaces wiped, dishes washed). Please dispose of your rubbish in the designated bins on the premises before departure.
